Rotograph Evo TS not communicating with capture program

The Rotograph Evo Capture program led will indicate if the system is communicating with capture program.
If there is no communication you can ping the following IP's.
Touch Screen : 192.168.5.45
Sensor Range: 192.168.5. (99 -101)
If you are not able to ping make sure network card is set correctly.
