To ensure a smooth installation we've laid out a series of "Pre Install Protocols and Procedures" that are required to be met before we release your system.
Step 1. A site check form must be submitted for every installation.
Once you've determined the person that will be inspecting the installation site please have them click on the system they will be installing shown below to submit our online site check form.
This site check form has all the required specifications for electrical, dimensions, wall backing, and computer specs etc.

We recommend scheduling a site check walk through with one of our service reps, this can be done via smartphone. Utilizing our VISTA Protocol we will be able to initiate a video conference session so you can have all your questions answered on the spot by an experienced service representative.
