Workstation(s) NOT connecting to License Key Dongle for Dental Studio Plus
Below are steps to follow so that you can communicate with License Key Dongle for Dental Studio Plus
Windows OS configuration:
1. Make sure that Firewall is disabled. 2. Make sure to exclude Dental Studio Plus software from your Anti-virus software. 3. Make sure that UNC is disabled. 4. Run Dental Studio Plus as Administrator. 5. Restart PC then run Dental Studio Plus 6. If PC still does not Pickup License Key Dongle Please follow below Network Administrator steps.
Network Configuration:
1. Make sure that all of the PC in your network are in the same Workgroup or Domain 2. Make sure that all of your PC in your network are in the same Subnet scheme. 3. Make sure if there is two Ethernet on your PC's to make sure that it will not conflict with your Subnet or IP scheme. 4. Make sure that all of the PC in your network has Share enable plus no password to sharing. 5. Restart PC then run Dental Studio Plus it should run 6. If it does not run, please check below for Server configuration
Server Configuration:
1. Make sure that License Dongle has green LED on 2. If LED is not on Please install drivers 3. If LED is on, please reinstall license drivers 4. Restart Server then run Dental Studio Plus 5. If it runs on the Server and LED of License Key Dongle is on all is working fine 6. If on the other PC's on your Network is not running at this point please contact your Dealer or Villa for support.
